Individuation

According to what I have learned, we must think and reflect 

in order to Honor the authentic self.

By becoming our authentic self, we individuate and we must assimilate

the unconscious to the conscious.

I wish I could write what I have learned into words to make it clearer

but I can't currently and I hope I can in the days to come. 

I want to continue to be inspired by this person for her knowledge and many more.

我希望我也有individuation的一天．
我要成为我想成为的人．
我不可以让环境限制我想要成为的人．
我要念多一点Carl Jung的书．

做自己只是一个人人都会说的口号,
又有多少人真正了解它的含义和完全的可以做自己想要成为的人呢?
所以不要再滥用这个口号了或把它当成借口了,
它还蛮委屈的.
